August Project Update

Construction on the Commodore Club is moving quickly! Floor trusses and subfloor decking are complete. In the galley, concrete has been poured. On the second floor, the exterior wall metal framing installation has begun. At the Wrightsville Beach Marina, we are preparing for site work to begin in September on replacement of seven pilings along the existing dock. The new pilings will be 20” in diameter to secure the Commodore Club structure.
