January Project Update

2024 is off to a great start! We are happy to announce that the Commodore Club has been moved from the boatyard downtown to its slip in the Wrightsville Beach Marina. We are very pleased with all of the parties involved in the move – it was truly a team effort. The team will continue setting the U-brackets on the exterior throughout the next weeks. Interior work on the Club will continue for the next couple of months. Drywall is complete, and paint has started. Tile work in the bathrooms and on the bar is in progress. Once the utilities are running, flooring will be installed.
