February 2024 Project Update

BARGE MOVEMENT

We have some great drone photos of the Commodore Club barge being moved from the Cape Fear River up the ICW to its slip at the Wrightsville Beach Marina a couple of weeks ago. Our friends over at BellHart Marine also put together an incredible video of that day.

EXTERIOR

The marine construction teams continue to work on the 14 U-brackets that wrap around the seven steal marina pilings. Utility installations continue.

INTERIOR

Interior finishes will continue over the next few months. At the main bar, tiling is complete, and lighting features are being installed. Wall and floor tile in both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms wrapped up this week. Lighting fixtures are currently being installed on both floors. The main stairwell is undergoing its first coat of paint, and flooring will begin in the next couple of weeks.
