March 2024 Project Update
Front Entrance
Progress on the covered main entrance continues this month.
Outside Deck with Glass Rail
Glass railing has been installed on the upstairs deck. Detail trim work will continue.
Main Stairwell
Painting is complete and under-stair lighting has been installed. Main lighting fixture (chandelier) installation is in process.
Interior
Flooring - Flooring is complete. It’s currently covered for protection while we finish construction, but take a look!
Interior Doors - Interior doors are being installed in the bathrooms, kitchen, and even the pocket doors for the upstairs private room.
Shelving - Shelving in the kitchen, as well as behind the bar shelving to be installed later this month.
Lighting - Lighting fixtures in the bathrooms and over the main bar are complete.
Club Level Bar
Lighting installation in the Club Level Bar was completed. Behind the bar shelving to be installed later this month. Ceiling artwork in this area will be installed this month.
